CareScope HMIS is an effective tool in the struggle to eradicate homelessness. The CareScope Homeless Management Information System (CareScope HMIS) combines with the other modules of CareScope software to provide a unique and holistic framework for serving the homeless. It advances the transition from homelessness to permanent housing through facilitating care and cooperation among providers.

As a Homeless service provider, you are challenged with providing shelter and services to a transient population while concurrently capturing a wealth of client information to fulfill reporting requirements. The CareScope HMIS module is eminently customizable which allows each participating facility to customize their own intake screens while also capturing the HUD mandated data elements. The CareScope HMIS system also contains a bed/resource tracking module and an ad-hoc report builder to supplement the 100+ reports in the system including the APR and AHAR reports.
